Everyone here at CDJR Step One of Fort Walton was extremely nice and very helpful. We just stopped in last week to check out a Rebel, had no real intentions of actually buying a new truck that day. Daniel met us when we pulled up, greeted us like a pro even though he was new there. Jeff ultimately ended up handling everything past that, and let's just say, I LOVE my new Ram Rebel. They didn't waste our time with hours of waiting and constant back and forth. They stated their position, we stated ours, and quickly came to meet at an agreeable amount. Ended up driving out with a clean truck and a new hat. Thank you everyone at Step One, you definitely have a future customer.

These guys are great. I tried to order my Jeep out of Panama City and called them three times. No one called me back because they said they were too busy and would call me later. These guys called back and kept me informed through the whole process. I’ll be getting my Jeep from them from now on

I helped a friend buy a used car (Subaru Forester) from the dealer. At the first thought, we were a bit a concerned about the location, a bit far from the dealer. From the price they offered, to the communications from their sales consultant Julia Krouse, sales manager, and finance manager, all are truly appreciated. Before we contacted the dealer, I read quite a few negative OLD reviews online, later I knew the dealer changed the entire management team a couple of years ago. They are honest, patient, and respond fast. My friend is happy with the delivered car. A reliable dealer you can count on.

I usually dread taking my car in for service, but this visit was actually a really good experience. Xaire was my service advisor and she was professional, friendly, and super communicative the entire time. She explained what my car needed, gave me realistic time frames, and kept me in the loop instead of leaving me wondering what was going on. I never felt pressured into extra services, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who actually seems to care about customer experience, but Xaire definitely does. I’ll be coming back here for future service.

I recently purchased a SUV at this dealership. My salesman Malcolm Grant was professional and attentive during the entire car buying process. Kudos to you, young man! The manager at this location Michael P. was personable and followed up a day later to make sure all went well with my transaction.The facility was clean and the customer waiting area had a variety of snacks and drinks. I recommend this location for anyone that is looking for a reputable and customer friendly dealership.

Went into the dealership and met with Mike. I wish I could give more stars. He was so incredibly professional without all the pressure you typically get when you go car shopping. He was knowledgeable and spoke to me with respect and made me feel like he actually cared that I got the car that was just right for me and my family.
